Only time for a quick post, Jamie Moore to beat Ryan Rhodes inside the distance at 10/11 with Boylesports.

Not around much this weekend so am getting my NFL bets on earlier than usual.

This week I fancy a couple of minor upsets in the Vikings at 9/4 to win in Pittsburgh and the Falcons (9/5) to beat the Cowboys.

The final of the IGB National 750 takes place on Saturday night at Shelbourne Park and Tyrur Chris looks a bit of value to land the spoils.

Only just caught by Ferdia Bound in the semi's Paul Hennessy's charge was second quickest on the night. He's available at 8/1 with Stan James and that's too big a price about him getting home in front.

It's the semi-final stages of the St Leger this evening at Wimbledon and in the first elimnator I fancy Lorrys Options to do the business. On offer at 2/1 with Stan James, Betfred and Boylesports, Dean Childs' son of Westmead Hawk is decent value.

It's the Irish Laurels tonight at Cork and I fancy Oran Classic to go one better than in the Derby a few weeks back. The 7/4 on offer looks about right though and for a bit of value I'm going to go with Tyrur Giovanni who is available at 10/1 with Stan James.

Pat Buckley's son of Premier Fantasy is capable of going well if in the sort of form that saw him beat Faypoint Man in the third round of the Derby posting a lively 29.45 in the process. In that sort of nick he is no 10/1 poke.

Michael Hunter takes on Jason Booth on Friday Fight Night this evening for the British Super Bantamweight title.

Booth is the holder and favourite with the bookies but Hunter has held British and European titles and fought for the IBF World belt, the latter being his only defeat.

Hunter took that defeat hard and questioned his future in the game but being made the mandatory challenger for Booth's title has rekindled his enthusiasm and he fancies the job tonight.

I'm backing Hunter to outclass Booth and the 13/2 offered by Sporting Bet about him winning inside the distance looks a bit of value.

The St Leger continues with the second round at Wimbledon this evening.
